Site Armor is dedicated to the innovation and manufacturing of construction protection products that save time, money, and are easy to use. With ever increasing municipal requirements and quality demands from customers, it is essential that site construction is done right the first time and that it remains in pristine condition for as long as possible.

Site Armor was founded by Dwight “Dewey” Gunnarson in 2006, Dwight is a registered engineer and has worked on numerous residential and commercial land developments as a contractor, project manager, and/or engineer. Becoming aggravated by the numerous curb breaks that occurred on a newly installed streets Dewey set out to find a solution to the problem. “The Curb Cushion” was developed with his father-in-law, Larry Thomsen, an R & D specialist in the plastics industry to deter costly curb damage caused by construction equipment.

Site Armor now incorporates a team of civil and manufacturing engineers and works with numerous contractors to develop practical solutions to common problems in the construction industry.
